The Emirates Society of Clinical Microbiology (ESCM) is part of the Emirates Medical Association
(EMA) established in May 2018 to meet the needs of Clinical Microbiologists in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
ESCM aims to encourage communication and promote scientific knowledge, education, research, and professional development and, ultimately, improve the quality of care for patients suffering from infectious diseases.
ESCM provides its members with a wide variety of services, including recent practice guidelines, essential educational resources, and links in the ESCM website’s member area. ESCM offers free or discounted registration and continuing medical education (CME) credits in our scientific events and annual conference. In addition, ESCM provides unique opportunities such as research groups and peer review Services.
