The VIVA Voce of Master's Thesis of (Rasul Kh. Rasul) under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. Mazin Jalal Ahmed has been held in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Hakm Amir Hawezi hall.

The Examiners committee consisted of Prof. Dr. Ahmad S. Muhammed Yaseen - University of Kirkuk, Chairman, Assist. Prof. Dr. Rebaz Ardalan Bakir - Koya University, Member, Assist. Prof. Dr. Qasem H. Mahmwd- Salahaddin University- Erbil, Member, Assist. Prof. Dr. Mazin Jalal Ahmed - Koya University, Member & Supervisor.

After a valuable discussion, the committee awarded a master's degree in Law to Rasul Kh. Rasul.
